Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Sent back in original or similar protective packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage or that have been mangled with.

How to Start a Return

Email us at solaceonlinehub@gmail.comwith your order number and reason for return.
We'll get back to you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

We will not issue refunds unless an item has not arrived, a glitch (with proof) has happened at checkout or that we cannot ship the product to the customer due to reasons (no stock, warehouse issues, etc.)

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please place a new order after your return is processed.

Final Sale Items

All discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
