Returns
No returns are accepted (except if the package is lost or held in customs). Size exchanges are not allowed. If the mistake is ours and we have sent the wrong product or size, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
Refunds
We will not issue refunds unless an item has not arrived, a glitch (with proof) has happened at checkout or that we cannot ship the product to the customer due to reasons (no stock, warehouse issues, etc.)
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please place a new order after your return is processed.
